With the horizontal ventilation system at the back of the appliance, the dehydrator Excalibur 5 plates dehydrates the food uniformly thanks to the constant distribution of hot air.

The polypropylene grids, a chemically neutral material, respect your food. With the five removable plates, you adapt the height according to your needs. Fruit, vegetables, meat, fish… or even a flower bouquet you wish to keep.
