As soon as your appliance leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the shipping of your package. We will also inform you of the tracking number which will allow you to track the delivery.
All prices on the The Blender website are VAT included.

In case of absence, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery to inform you that your package is available at the nearest relay point.
The registration of the warranty of your appliance is very useful to keep track of your document. To register, go to the warranty registration module.
Bring your appliance to the nearest selective collection centre or waste disposal centre.

The general conditions of sale stipulate that an appliance can be returned and refunded within 14 days after the purchase. It will have to be returned in its original state, unused. Transportation is at charge of the client. It is highly recommended to send the product by registered sending or with tracking and to take out insurance with the carrier. The refund will be processed after reception and control of the condition of the product.
Delivery fee to Belgium is 7,5€
Delivery fee to France, Luxemburg and The Netherlands is 12,5€
