Description
Large heating surface and modular space
A steamer suitable for healthy cooking of large quantities of food thanks to its smart design.
– Very large heating surface (39 x 35 cm) that multiplies the possibilities to steam dishes.
– Rectangular shape of the baskets to optimise even more the space.
– Choice of 1 to 5 levels, in function of the quantity or the number of different preparations.
The food only comes into contact with high quality stainless steel and the raisers are made of Tritan®, without BPA. All parts are dishwasher proof for an easy maintenance.
Function cooking at low temperature.
A function to cook at low temperature at 80°C is necessary to preserve the taste and structure of the food. Cooking at low temperature avoids the drying of the food and respects its structure.
Soft cooking particularly suitable for food that naturally hold lots of water and juice.
Curved lid of tempered glass and double walls.
The produced steam in the bowl raises to the different levels of the steamer to end up on the lid. The steam easily flows from one level to the other through the double walls thanks to the perforations in the sides of the baskets.
No more food soaked by cooking water. The curved lid ensures the condensation water can drain away. The condensation water is then collected and will be reused to make steam for the rest of the cooking.
